New Home Watch is a $99 per month subscription from TGH Software LLC for a digest of new residential building permits published by Utah County. Tax is added at checkout when it applies. Cancel in the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Records come from the county’s public map service and can be late, incomplete, or wrong. The recent permit layer is often days behind the calendar. A street address is the parcel site address for the permit’s account number. If that parcel has no site address, the row is omitted. We do not sell homeowner phone numbers, and we do not contact permit holders for you.
The digest is not a guaranteed lead, a guaranteed job, or legal, tax, or construction advice. Verify a record before you rely on it. The public sample is at most eight older addressed rows from the window; the newest permits are for subscribers. The rest of the addressed window opens only for a signed-in email that Stripe reports as an active subscription. If this site cannot check Stripe, it does not take checkout and does not show those rows.
